Synchronize project when the App starts

There are workflows where projects and/or data are changed overnight, so that at the start of the work day surveyors/contributors have access to an updated version of the project and/or data (in my use case the data is cleaned with some scripts and the new version pushed to MM with MM CLI tools).

In this cases is desirable that when the App opens it will automatically download the updated project, which is kind of expected anyway if the option to synch automatically is active.

Testing notes

• If the user kill the app while autosync is enabled, the app is not synced automatically after reopens. The sync occurs after max. 1 min
• If the user minimize the app, after reopening, the project is synced. But the next sync does not occur. Steps to reproduce:

1. allow autosync for project
2. open project in mobile app
3. minimize app
4. wait 1 min and reopen the app -> project is synced
5. add some points in MM plugin to the project, save and sync
6. in mobile app wait for next round of sync and verify the added points are there -> NOK

@tomasMizera @IvaKuklica we are having issues that seems to be related to the autosync that happens now every (1) minute. In general this does not seems to be an issue, but in the use case that lead us to the "autosync at app start" feature request (this ticket) https://merginmaps.com/case-studies/involving-communities-in-conservation-through-citizen-science this seems to be causing serious issues: if many people (10+) have the App open at the same time and they are filling a form, we have seen in several occasions that the sync that happen now every 1 minute is causing the form to close, loosing all entered infos. With just a few people replicating the same scenario this does not seems to cause any problem. We are available to help troubleshooting this problem, as it is kind of blocker for the aforementioned project.
