From 4c0fec814028ab134b985504f2eb930a2aa83a8f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Julien Danjou Date: Sat, 17 Oct 2026 01:20:12 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] ci(mergify): add the Approved-by trailer to squash merges The `default` queue rule squashes with the PR title and body. Adding `trailers: [approved-by]` to its `commit_message_format` appends an `Approved-by:` line for each approving reviewer, so the commit on main records who approved the change. The `dependencies` rule merges with fast-forward, which keeps the original commits and has no message to format, so it is left as is.
