feature: Heading icons placement at the end of the line (All the way to the right side). #593

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The heading icons like 1,2.3 are placed at the beginning of a line in front of text. There is an option to set that on right with position = "right". But the problem is that the icons then appear at immediate end if the line, not the absolute end of the line.
Describe the solution you'd like
If the Heading icons can be placed at the end of the line (all the way to the right), that should be less distracting (As it is not a part of my documents anyway but at the same time a really necessary thing) as well as awesome for some folks.
