Its not finding default config dir (https://github.com/MITHaystack/srt-py/blob/master/bin/srt_runner.py#L44). I have to do: `srt_runner.py --config_dir=~/srtpy-config/`. To fix this, I created https://github.com/MITHaystack/srt-py/pull/22/commits/69184723a9c3e28d859c5ab0ec5eb077dacf0ea7.
