Loop keeps saying open the app to update the widget. I open the app and it's working but box with cgm reading and loop predictions is not working when screen saver is on. Box on top of phone with CGM glucose Reading says 0.0 in red. When I turned phone off and rebooted it...Loop Crashed...blank Loop screen with no graphs. Then Loop came back on, but still getting the open the app to update widget message.

Hey Debra, For anyone to help you we’ll need all the information required on the form. What phone, what OS it’s running, what version of the loop app etc. all these details are very important. Please make sure to include this information for help.

I have the same problem, activity/widgets/Dynamic Island ? I updated the Loop app and this is what up on my phone and on my watch. When I click on the notification on the phone the app opens, but it doesn’t update the widget. Looks like something is wrong while building the app, since it shows 0,0 in the Dynamic Island (see image).

Can I build an older version of loop (3.10), how?

I have loop 3.12.0
And apple IOS 26.3.1
Live activity is on in my LOOP settings
Live activity is on in my iPhone settings too (for loop)
iPhone 15.
