From a0b689ae8c891df175ddb7963fae08ccf73f0e58 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: lachlangrose Date: Mon, 28 Sep 2026 23:00:23 +0930 Subject: [PATCH] fix(ci): drop the redundant macos-latest wheel job The v1.0.0 release failed on macos-latest as well as linux, at delocate rather than at build: DelocationError: Library dependencies do not satisfy target MacOS version 15.0: libmpfr.6.dylib has a minimum target of 26.0 libgmpxx.4.dylib has a minimum target of 26.0 libgmp.10.dylib has a minimum target of 26.0 macos-latest has moved to macOS 26, so its homebrew bottles are built for 26.0, above the MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET of 15.0 this workflow declares. Raising the target to match would ship wheels that only install on macOS 26+. The job was redundant anyway: cibuildwheel is configured with archs = ["x86_64", "arm64"], so macos-14 already produced the complete set -- cp39 through cp313, both architectures, all tagged macosx_15_0 -- and passed in the same run.
