From 77acab7de6a81fad98af7d71079a9a8c0ac6f3a5 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Cristian Magherusan-Stanciu Date: Tue, 9 Jun 2026 09:17:18 -0700 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] docs(readme): drop unsupported/nonsensical service-commitment rows GCP Cloud Storage does not offer Committed Use Discounts. The cloudstorage PurchaseCommitment returns ErrCommitmentPurchaseNotSupported with an explicit comment that GCS has no CUD or commitment purchase API. Remove "Cloud Storage | Committed Use Discounts" from the GCP table. Add three Azure services that are implemented in code but were missing from the README table: Azure Managed Redis (providers/azure/services/ managedredis), Azure Savings Plans (providers/azure/services/savingsplans), and Azure Synapse Analytics (providers/azure/services/synapse). All three are registered in AzureProvider.GetSupportedServices() and wired in newServiceClientForSubscription. --- README.md | 4 +++- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index 9ad56f9e2..6f8435fb2 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -38,6 +38,9 @@ CUDly is a comprehensive CLI tool for managing cloud cost commitments across AWS | Azure Cache for Redis | Reserved Capacity | | Azure Cosmos DB | Reserved Capacity | | Azure Cognitive Search | Reserved Capacity | +| Azure Managed Redis | Reserved Capacity | +| Azure Savings Plans | Hourly Commitments | +| Azure Synapse Analytics | Reserved Capacity | ### GCP Services (Experimental) @@ -46,7 +49,6 @@ CUDly is a comprehensive CLI tool for managing cloud cost commitments across AWS | Compute Engine | Committed Use Discounts | | Cloud SQL | Committed Use Discounts | | Memorystore | Committed Use Discounts | -| Cloud Storage | Committed Use Discounts | ### AWS CLI Support Matrix From aeebf3e59a7065f5a96d295b174c7aa57d2eed6a Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Cristian Magherusan-Stanciu Date: Tue, 9 Jun 2026 09:54:02 -0700 Subject: [PATCH 2/2] docs(readme): drop Lambda/DynamoDB from contribution areas Lambda and DynamoDB have no dedicated RI/Savings-Plan/commitment product to optimize, so listing them as contributable services is misleading.
