[REQ] Delay before player is kicked from server displays message

It would be possible to have a feature that would show a message in the chat and HUD only to the player before he is kicked, saying that due to account limitations he will be kicked.

If possible, a specific message could be created for each type of kick.

Then, after the message is sent to the player in the HUD and Chat, it takes a few seconds for the player to be kicked.

From what I could test at the moment, the players are just kicked and do not show any message, just the standard CS2 disconnected message.
