Module settings don't load

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. Delete any xposed module
2. Open the scope menu of any xposed module

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Scope menu loads

Actual behaviour/实际行为

Scope menu of any xposed module loads infinitely after deleting a module. Everything works again if you switch tabs (for example to store and back)
