Install specific module version

If the newest version of a custom module is buggy, sometimes it would be nice to downgrade it to an older version with the CMM.

Good proposal! This is on my general roadmap.

What is currently already available is a check for module errors during loading the module files. If errors are detected, the installation will be rolled back.

Starting with webtrees 2.2.6 (which includes issue #5200), PHP errors during module booting are detected and the installation will also be rolled back.

However, if the module is buggy during usage, it will not be detected. Therefore, I agree that downgrade is a useful feature.
