Have Sticky Save Button

Be great if one could have a sticky Save Button to the right or left as could be defined by the Site Administrator in the Extension setup..

Having to scroll through all the extensions to get to the bottom to save changes is, IMHO, tiresome!

For the first version of the activate/deactivate feature, I copied the layout/behavior from the modules list view in webtrees. In this view, the button is also at the buttom of the page. I thought that it helps the user to have simular layouts like in webtrees.

What I can do, is move the button to the top right side. However, if scrolling down a lot, the button is also not available. I think it would make sense to move the button to the top and also introduce sticky table headers (issue #43).

Sticky Save / Cancel Buttons on the right is something I am working on on my own site. I am pondering on how I might introduce it to the wider WebTrees group.. Probably by the Forum and using a screen recording to show how it operates.

I guess the issue is how many folk does it affect? And I can say for me it is a pain in the ass as I am always checking and tweaking etc. I also look at a lot of the issues raised on the forum to see if I can help..

For CMM as it is more than likely folk will be in it more often it seems a far better idea improvement.. If you would like me to share my updated code for CMM (1 file) no problems let me know.
