CompactGUI Application Window Cannot Be Resized

The application window cannot be resized. I can maximize the window, or use Windows' window snapping function, but I cannot manually resize the application window. As seen in the screenshot, it extends past my taskbar on my 2560x1440 displays. I don't care to have the window maximized, I rather set the size of the window myself and have it floating where I like such that I can operate it and see contents of files, folders, or other applications. After moving the window, etc. it also now appears over my taskbar.
