[Bug] Livestreams don't appear in the "What's New" tab

Describe the bug

For a while now, livestreams have not been appearing in the what's new tab

Frequency

Always (100% of the time)

Device

Pixel 9, Android 17 (GrapheneOS)

Steps to reproduce the bug

Go to What's New tab
Live streams aren't present

Additional context

I've verified through YouTube and NewPipe that several channels I'm subscribed to are live right now. They show up in those apps but not in PipePipe.
This seems to be a bug as PipePipe used to display ongoing livestreams. I'd guess this bug has been going on for several months now.
