Ability to search by the beginning of the code

Hello, the question following this one #13
the codeinfo endpoint work great, but it would be nice the have possibility to search by the beginning of the code, for example by adding % at the end of the search.
By this way, search with the text 6A00% will return 6A00.0, 6A00.1, etc.

actually search 6A00, even in your website, return a bunch of results, and not really related to 6A00

what do you think about that ?
