Add a lightweight Quickstart / Minimal Benchmark mode for faster onboarding

Problem Statement

AssetOpsBench is a powerful benchmark, but for new users and first-time contributors, the current setup can feel heavy due to:

• Multiple agents and scenarios
• Full Docker-based execution
• Longer runtime and configuration overhead

This creates a higher barrier for:

• New open-source contributors
• Researchers who want to quickly try the benchmark
• Students and first-time users exploring the project

Proposed Improvement

Introduce a lightweight Quickstart / Minimal Benchmark mode that allows users to run a simplified end-to-end example of AssetOpsBench with minimal setup .

The goal is to enable a fast, easy way to understand the project flow without requiring the full setup.
