Add richer per game leaderboards api

Allow adding an optional query parameter to the leaderboards api endpoint game=GAME_ID, the response should contain leaderboards for that game only and it should contain the entirety of the data that can be found in the in game leaderboards up to 100? players per category. Currently the leaderboard endpoint is missing many leaderboards that can be seen ingame.
