Clarification on AMD Encoding limitations in HandBrake docs

- The AV1 encoder that ships with Navi 3.x products requires a resolution that is divisible by 64 in both width and height. Becareful that the output resolution after cropping follows this rule.

This line does not appear to be accurate as there are no Navi products in the 3.x range. From my research, the only AMD products supporting AV1 encoding are RDNA 3/VCN 4.0 on GPUs Navi 3x or Phoenix. Can you please clarify which technologies are affected by this limiation?

Navi 3x = RDNA 3 which supports AV1 decode/encode. So the 7000 series.
