I can setup the workflow (and run the model) on JURECA, but not on Marvin.

I would be interested in the details regarding the issue on Marvin, especially any error messages, environment differences, or configuration specifics that might help diagnose why it does not run there while it works on JURECA.

As this issue is rather general and I cannot work on this anymore (no more access to Marvin, among other things), one of my colleages in the HPC/A Lab should take this over.
