Functions for g2 measurement requested by Xudong

Goals: 1. functions to simultaneously collect g2 histogram with live plotting ( or t2 data without live plotting) and blinking trace data (50 ms "bin time") of two APD channels with live plotting.
2. functions for saving data in g2 histogram, t2 mode, and blinking trace measurements.
3. offline plotting of g2 histogram from t2 mode data (PTU file).

Potential solution from Sarthak for goal1: include blinking trace plotting functions in the hist panel.

Is user-defined "bin time" or "countrate update period" necessary? Currently, it will fetch the tttr-buffer and countrates with the same time delay based on the provided acquisition time --> 1/10th of acquisition time with 10 ms and 100 ms as lower and upper bounds. If "countrate update period" is changed to user-defined then the tttr-buffer and countrates won't be fetched at the same time....

• Data saving features for T2 mode, G2 hist and blinking measurements from channel count rate plots.

• Offline reading and plotting of G2 histogram (outside the scope of the microscope app; more related to data analysis and will be worked on separately from the microscope app)

Reply: I would say the user defined "bin time" or "countrate update period" is preferred but not necessary while I don't quite understand how the coding works exactly. In the current g2 panel, there is a used defeined "bin time" function called updated time where I can input "bin time" values. If you cannot make it user-defined when including blinking trace plotting in the hist panel, please set it to 50 ms. Hopefully, this setting won't affect the fetching.

Any update on data saving features?

I found some codes for photon correlation data analysis but they are lack of documentation and demo examples. I am trying my best to figure it out.
