Replace MarkdownEditor with Vaadin Markdown

As discussed and agreed in this issue, ChatAssistant should not ship with the MarkdownEditor packaged by default. Instead, we should use the already available Vaadin Markdown component and let the user choose if they want to replace it with another component.
