Docker image for Firebird 6 in pre-release

I need a Docker image of Firebird version 6 to finish the Firebird connector for Trino that I've started.

I definitely need schema management to succeed.

@prrvchr I’m putting together a new set of images available here.

They include the Firebird 6 snapshot version.

If you have a chance, could you test it and share your feedback on #36?
