Filter lists in uBlock, just like in Ironfox

Add various filter lists by default. In other words, a uBlock configuration with the “best” filter lists.

Yes uBlock has many useful features that are opt-in. Having suggested hardenings make sense. I will look into this.

I also used to have CanvasBlocker, but since weblibre already has a similar function, I uninstalled it. I think these four plugins that protect privacy and restrict permissions work very well. Even though there are functional conflicts among them, they all have their own advantages. So I'm wondering if weblibre can combine their advantages. (Of course, the most important reason is that I don't want to use these privacy - protecting and permission - restricting plugins anymore. Also, due to the conflicts in some functions, it's a bit inconvenient. So I hope weblibre can combine the common advantages and unique features of these four plugins.)
