Link certPolicyName to the single-use certificate documentation
direct.dns.certPolicyName exists mainly to publish only the key-encipherment certificate over DNS in single-use certificate deployments. Link both references (Cloud Native and Legacy) to the Bare Metal Single-Use Certificates guide for the rationale and to the local Policy Enforcement section for the configuration steps. See [Single-Use Certificates](https://directprojectjavari.github.io/docs/direct-project-stock/single-use-certs#dns-certificate-distribution) in the Bare Metal deployment guide for the background on why this is needed, and [Policy Enforcement](dns-rec-config#policy-enforcement) for the DNS-specific configuration steps.
