Sorting types displayed names bad for users

The displayed names for the different sorting types within the aplication are not displayed to the user in a pleasing manner. Rather than just being to String values of the enums a value should be assigned to each of the enums indicating how they should be displayed to the end user.

The SortType enum class cann be updated with the below content to have a different value stored for being displayed to the UI.

enum class SortType(val displayString: String) {
    ID(displayString = "ID"),
    CONTENT(displayString = "Content"),
    CREATION_TIME(displayString = "Creation Time"),
    UPDATED_TIME(displayString = "Updated Time")
}

Then the NoteList class can be updated to call the SortType value of displayString instead of toString(), like below:
