Add support for (certain?) RDP file options to MsRdcEx

Hi, any chance you can make the RDP file properties (e.g. DisableCredentialsDelegation:i:value and RedirectedAuthentication:i:value) also work with MsRdcEx? They do work with MsTscEx.
