Add add analysis protocol names to LungMAP project details

LungMAP dataset descriptions currently contain the Analysis Protocol ID. (See the attached image.) When possible, the LungMAP team would like us to add the analysis protocol name to that section.

DataBiosphere/azul#7917 implements the Azul changes to make the name available for the data-browser to access.

The blocker only adds fields to the manifest. For the DB to display them in the project details page, we'd need to expose them in the projects endpoint. Discuss with stakeholders.
