[AnVIL DX] Export cohort to BioData Catalyst #4640
Description
Overview
Add export to BioData Catalyst to the main export page. This export mirrors the same functionality as the AnVIL Terra PFB export to send filtered files. Add export option between theExport Study Data and Metadata to Terra Workspace and Download a File Manifest with Metadata for the Selected Data options.
Note the corresponding endpoint is not yet defined; stub this functionality behind an ncpiexport=true feature flag.
