Thanks for filing this. I agree this would be very helpful. I just started getting back into this project and realized I forgot some stuff, but started putting together some intro info and notes.

While doing that, I realized some tasks weren't as easy as they could be and I'm going to improve them along with creating intro material.

Can you give some examples of your use case and what you are trying to do, so I can ensure the intro docs mention it? Are you looking to use the code compare, code matching, or other functionality?
