Description of Problem:
When viewing the Patient Summary, to enter a new patient, there's a button labeled "Click to Enter New Patient". For accessibility reasons and common practice, this should be relabeled to "Enter New Patient".

The reasons are:

1. We should avoid use of language such as "click", "press", "tap", etc. since not every user is going to be using a the the devices that allow those actions
2. Common practice for button language is to be more short, concise, and direct
