feat: give rank based role to user who verify with codedigger account.

When the user verifies himself/ herself with Codedigger username, provide him/her rank based role -

For Codeforces -
Expert, Master, Candidate Master, etc.
For Codechef -
3 Star, 4 Star, 5 Star, etc.
For Atcoder -
8 Kyu, 12 Kyu, etc.
