Holding Alt or clicking icon in menu will let you go into eyedrop mode, where you can click on anything (tilesets, objects, overlay) to select it. Options can include unboxing categories so that the eyedrop tool will ignore them.
Would also be nice with a hotkey option for Find Waypoint.
