Adding Docker & UI

We are using docker for running the gitea instance and its ui. They need to be coupled into a docker compose file and pushed to here

Adding existing Gitea- UI to here.

Future perspectives

• Once FASTApi app is done, we can add the image of fast api and its db to the docker compose also.. so everything will running on a single docker run

UPDATION ON DOCKER

While working on creating Docker File for UI, i ran into an issue on environment variables. While passing the variables directly on the docker compose file, the URL's were working and routing file, but the client-id, client-secret used for Oauth werent taking there by authentication failure.

For now this was tackled by adding .env-file variable . This variable will have a path to the already existing .env.local file we have.
