MOTOR02 error after 20 minutes of operation

As reported earlier today, the device is stopping due to the MOTOR2 alarm. It does re-set, but only runs for about 20 minutes before the motor error alarm stops the unit again. It was reported that the device becomes noisier before stopping, but I've not witnessed this myself.

This may not be a bug, but a report of a real hardware fault. What needs to be measured to see if the fault is real?

Can you comment more on the timing of the error? Is it deterministic (i.e., always 20 minutes after turning the device ON) ?

I’ve not timed the period until the error, which was about 40 minutes the first time, but during this period some adjustments were made. The error happened after about 20 minutes after the re-start, but this was not being monitored closely - as the device is being operated in my garage as it is rather noisy. I’ll set it going again in a few minutes and try to be nearby for about an hour... Is there anything I can measure relating to the motor to look for a change?

The re-start failed - it took three attempts for the calibration process to run, the system then started running for a short time - about a minute when it stopped again with the MOTOR02 error.
Since the motor does rotate in both directions at a normal speed for at least a short period I assume that the wiring is OK, what should I check?

A video has been shared with the bol_design_elec Channel in Slack. It shows multiple issues, is there something simple that could be the cause?

Could you save the logs of the device and send it to us (either here or on the slack) so that we can have more insights on what could go wrong? You can access the logs using the Arduino IDE, through the Serial Monitor (you have to set the Baud Rate to 115200).

I used the Serial Monitor to log the device until it stopped with the motor alarm. I've cut off the last hundred+ pages of BUF. Are there any logs stored in the device, if so I'd need to be told exactly how to do this?Arduino Log
