+developer advocate based in Kigali, Rwanda. He is an active leader in the
+African open source ecosystem, working to build inclusive developer communities,
+support open source contributors, and create opportunities for developers to
+connect, learn, and collaborate.

+Didas leads Open Source Kigali and Django Rwanda, helping create spaces where
+developers can build skills, contribute to open source projects, and connect
+more with the global technology ecosystem. He is passionate about open source,
+artificial intelligence, and developer communities, with a particular focus on
+empowering African developers to build, contribute, and collaborate globally.

+The BPD council is the sounding board for decisions that need to be made in
+Black Python Devs. They advise on how our actions can impact their communities.
