Broken install instructions

Kindly update the README. There is no yml file in tools.

The offending command in the README:

conda env create -f tools/Dense-Homolog-Retrieval/env.yml

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have updated the instructions accordingly. The section “Install third-party package environments” should now be placed after “Install the MULTICOM4 addon system and its databases.”
