Trying https://bioconductor.org/packages/3.22/bioc/src/contrib/SparseArray_1.10.9.tar.gz with my browser gives me "Page Not Found".

On https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/SparseArray.html links to binaries work, but not to the source.

I suppose it's just bad timing.

SparseArray_1.10.9.tar.gz just got replaced with SparseArray_1.10.10.tar.gz about 1 hour ago in the BioC 3.22 repo. Because of Amazon CloudFront caching, there's sometimes a short window where the PACKAGES index file in the repo lags behind the actual content of the repo. It could also be that whatever tool you're using to update your installation keeps its own copy of the PACKAGES index file in a local cache.

In any case, restarting R and trying to update again should solve the problem.
