Display the required level in the item description.
And / or send chat message.
Motivation and context
If you use a weapon without the required level it simply does no damage.
Whats confusing.
Proposed solution or design
Add "Required level: {level}" to item description if item has a required level.
And / or send chat message on attack "You do not meed the required level for this item" or something like that.
