Separate time settings for registration and login #2953

What feature do you want to see added?
I would like a way to set different amounts of time for registration and login. I would mainly suggest splitting the settings.restrictions.timeout option into two.
Are there any alternatives?
I tried looking through the config, permission nodes and GitHub issues, but I could not find any solutions.
Anything else?
I am using AuthMe due to my server having online-mod=false. I would like to keep login time strict (currently 60 seconds), but players complain the time to register is too short, but I can't separate the two.
