pacstall can't be run as root

Ubuntu instructions:
sudo pacstall -I viper4linux
[!] ERROR: Pacstall can't be run as root. Please run as a normal user.

When I run as normal user, I get error that it can't enter directory.
Odd, and probably a simple fix!

i ran into the same error and ended up just building viper from source. worked fine for me. pacstall is saying that the package is orphaned btw: https://pacstall.dev/packages/viper4linux
