The executable does not work on Windows 11

When I double-click the Nimedit executable, nothing happens.

What does it say when you start it from the command line, cmd.exe ?

When I run it from the command line, it also doesn’t show anything — no output or error message.
Here’s exactly what I see:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NimEdit>nimedit.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\NimEdit>

So it just exits immediately without displaying anything.
I also tried running it as administrator, but the result is the same — it just closes with no output.
