The built-in aidl tool in build-tools is broken, use the one from [lzhiyong/android-sdk-tools] instead.

The aidl tool in the currently built-in build-tools of the software is unusable. After replacing it with the aidl from this project (https://github.com/lzhiyong/android-sdk-tools), the compilation proceeds normally.
