Refine and update the existing README.md to replace placeholder template content with project-specific documentation.
A clear and accurate README will help new contributors quickly understand the project's purpose, tech stack, and setup process.
This improvement will address confusion caused by generic template sections (e.g., TODO placeholders and unrelated tech stack items) and ensure the documentation reflects the actual OrgExplorer setup.
